Thank you so much for shopping in my art store. I would like to give you a 100% satisfaction guarantee your satisfaction with my work and will redo or refund any order with which you are not completely satisfied.  Please find our refund and returns policy below

Returns and Refunds

Please contact me within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s) and ship item(s) back within 14 days of delivery

Once 14 days have passed since your received the items, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Downloadable image files cannot be refunded

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 to 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company and be aware it may take some time before your refund is visible in your bank/credit card account.

Cancellation

You may request to cancel your online order within 12 hours of placing your order and you will be fully refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you like to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at art@lydiagottipallifineart.co.nz as soon as possible with a photo of the item’s condition.

Shipping returns

If you wish to return your product, contact me at art@lydiagottipallifineart.co.nz.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
